On Saturday, Governor Patrick Morrisey will present the West Virginia Distinguished Service Medal to U.S. Army Spc. Sarah Diane Beckstrom during a ceremony in Charleston. The medal recognizes Spc. Beckstrom’s service to the State of West Virginia and the United States as a member of the West Virginia Army National Guard.
