This is an excuse you won't need for this easy tutorials as the only thing you'll need is fabric and a good pair of scissors. Nothing more, nothing less.

Start cutting and in 1 minute you create a fab top that will make heads turn at any party! The good thing is you can DIY it once and wear it 16 times without anybody noticing it's the same top. How awesome is that?

What you'll need:
1 yards/meter of stretch fabric (mine is from http://www.siebrenmodestoffen.nl/)
fabric scissors
