Описание: In this video I take on a engine overhaul of a BMW X5 M50d F15 with the powerful N57 tri-turbo diesel. The engine is removed from the car and refreshed as preventive maintenance. I go through the common weak points, replacing timing chain components, bearings, seals, and other critical parts to make sure the engine is ready for many more kilometers. After the rebuild, the engine goes back into the X5 and the project finishes with a few styling upgrades to improve the look of the car. From teardown to rebuild and final touches, this video shows the entire process step by step.
