BAHUBALI SWORD MAKING Prabhas SS Rajamouli Vishwakarma
Well, This Sword took me too long to make and this was not easy to make it such perfect. This is the longest sword i have ever made and this sword was one of the hardest project i ever done. This process took me about or more than a week.
Overall Sword Length : 3 Feet 6 Inches
Handle Length : 12 Inches
Blade Length : 2 Feet 6Inches

Carpentry:
It took me almost a week to carve the shape out of the pinewood and this was one of my hardest craftwork. I don't have many power tools so i did all the work with hands.
Detailing:
I started some rough sketching of the handle design and using m-seal i could carve the intended handle design on the sword .
Hardness:
Pinewood is a softwood, so don't expect much of a hardness.
