Champion Dignity for Women in Need: WorldServe's Menstrual Hygiene & Education Program

Описание: Young girls and women in East Africa are missing up to five days of school and work every month because they cannot safely manage their menstrual cycle. Because of the alarming drop out rate and stories of self-harm, depression and human trafficking, WorldServe is providing menstrual hygiene education and biodegradable sanitary napkins to share the freedom and dignity these women deserve.

$12 provides menstrual hygiene supplies for an entire school year, PLUS the health education girls in primary school need to graciously care for themselves as women.
