Teixeira encountered a couple on a Honda XRE motorcycle performing dangerous stunts on a public road, with the license plate covered. The officers immediately approached and ordered them to stop, but instead of complying, the couple sped off, triggering a high-risk chase through the narrow streets of Brazil.
