Affectionately known to many as “老师 Laoshi”, Mr Luk Hoi Yui passed away on 20 February 2019, leaving behind the Singapore Band Movement that he and other founding members fostered over the last 40 years.
This tribute video was shown in its Band Fusion's 15+ anniversary concert "As Time is Passing On" performed by the Philharmonic Wind Orchestra.
We would like to thank the family of the late Luk Hoi Yui, and Lim Hui Min, Adrian Cheong, Joyce Lim Ya Hui, Cassandra Ow, Ong Chee Lim and Adrian Chiang for the contributions to the tribute video.
