A group of fathers meet each month at Derian House Children’s Hospice. Through shared conversation, humour, and quiet understanding, they find connection, friendship, and a space where voices return. Voice Again is a short documentary about men coming together, supporting one another, and showing the strength found in speaking openly.
Voice Again was made with care, respect, and responsibility. The film was produced in close partnership with Derian House Children’s Hospice, guided by the professional support of family counsellors and support workers. The voices of the fathers were placed at the centre of the film, with their wellbeing prioritised throughout the process.
The project is supported by, Mind Lancashire, and James’s Place, Together for Short Lives and supports Andys Man Club. Together, this film aims to encourage men to reach out, speak openly, and know support is available.
