Jan. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Mike Firn reports on Toshiba Corp.'s plan to keep expanding its nuclear power business to boost profit.
Toshiba, Japan's biggest maker of nuclear reactors, bought Westinghouse Electric Co. in 2006 to meet growing demand for nuclear energy worldwide. The World Nuclear Association says the number of reactors globally may double in 20 years, as the push to cut carbon emissions raises demand. (Source: Bloomberg)
