A trio of Belgian Air Force General Dynamics F-16AM/BM Fighting Falcons, all in 'special schemed' markings, were the first air display item on the second day of The Royal International Air Tattoo 2019, at RAF Fairford, UK.
All three aircraft completed flypasts before the F-16 Solo Teams aircraft of 2 Wing, known as 'Dark Falcon' and flown by Senior Captain Stefan 'Vador' Darte, did his full display.
The aircraft specially decorated with 'D-Day' stripes and special tail artwork, in commemoration of the 75th anniversary of 'D-Day', are from 349 and 350 Squadrons.
