Описание: I know that time doesn't mean a bloody thing these days, but incredibly it is now ten years since Field Music (Measure) was released. We made Measure after nearly three years of solo projects and existential crises, during which we weren't sure if we would ever make another Field Music record. But we did, and we threw the kitchen sink at it. 70+ minutes of widescreen pop, clattering funk, stacked harmonies, found sound interludes and of shaking off the embarrassment of our blues-rocking musical first loves; the likes of Led Zeppelin, Cream and (all sides of) Fleetwood Mac. Well, for the first time since the initial pressing Field Music (Measure) is back on (gleaming red and yellow) vinyl for this year's Record Store Day. We've also marked the occasion by playing a couple of songs from the album for a live session from our studio, which fortunately has a few blue-green walls (Teal Temptation™) just right for chroma-key silliness. Hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed trying to play parts we haven't attempted since 2009...
