So, the Rockets have found their power forward of the future. No, not Donatas Motiejunas. Seriously? Look at the title of the video. Come on man.

All they need to reach contender status is a good point guard. I’m not totally sold on Patrick Beverley. And obviously Jeremy Lin is Jeremy Lin. But the combo of those two will do for now.

Back to Terrence. He’s a beast. Sometimes. Like in this game, for example, he looked unstoppable. Hitting threes, crossing fools over, dunking, making highlight-reel defensive plays, the whole package. But he has lots of games where he doesn’t do much of anything. And that’s okay. He’s only 22, and this is his first year seeing actual minutes. Improvement will come. And with it, hopefully a shooting coach who can fix his free throws.
