Описание: A look back at a couple sessions led by Vince Ganzberg, our Director of Coach Education, at this year's United Soccer Coaches Convention in Anaheim, CA.
 
His field session, "Activity Restoration," helped coaches restore activities that they have used previously, providing ways for coaches to spend less time explaining activities and allowing players more time to experience the game.
 
And his classroom session, titled: "Into the Future" helped coaches understand the state of coaching education, its importance and how it directly impacts player retention.
 
As a coach, you don't have to overthink it. It's important to know how to connect with players in a way that they are learning, while still feeling appreciated on and off the field.
