This video compares the speed of four popular e-bike motors on a fire road climb:

Motors Tested:

Specialized Gen4 Levo with a 101nm torque motor (3:33)
Specialized Gen4 Levo S-Works with a 111nm torque motor (4:54)
DJI Amflow PL Carbon Avinox with a 105nm torque motor (6:29)
Santa Cruz Bullit with a Bosch CX5 motor (8:17)
Testing Methodology:

Each bike was tested in full turbo mode with a fully charged battery.
The rider maintained a consistent power output of 200 watts.
The same climb route (1 mile, 500ft elevation gain) was used for all bikes.
Times and speeds were recorded at the finish line.
Results:

DJI Anflow was the fastest, significantly outperforming the others (10:25).
Specialized Gen4 Levo S-Works came in second (10:58).
Specialized Gen4 Levo 101nm (aluminum frame) was third (11:47).
Santa Cruz Bullit with the Bosch CX5 motor was the slowest (12:33).
Key Insights:

The DJI motor's higher wattage, sustained torque at higher RPM, and potentially lower crank-to-wheel torque measurement contributed to its superior speed.
Although the Specialized Levo S-Works had less torque than the DJI, its higher power output enabled it to perform well.
A future firmware update is expected to improve the Bosch CX5 motors, potentially closing the gap with the S-Works.
The results highlight the significant speed difference between e-bikes with different motor systems.
