Did We Just Metal Detect a Rare Military Button along with Coins & Unknowns @ mid 1800s homestead ??

Описание: With unseasonably warm days around Christmas, we went on the search for a homestead that left little to no evidence of it's existence other than a spot on the 1870s Platte maps. After a few trips back and forth across the hill we found the debris field and the fun begins. For 2 days we detected a steep hillside that gave us some unique and very old finds for our area. Although we knew a lot of what we found, it did leave us wondering what some of these items were. Enjoy and Happy New Year.
