Lorne N. MacLean is the founding partner of MFLG and is one of Western Canada?s most experienced attorneys concentrating in family law and BC divorce, successfully protecting clients? rights since 1983 exclusively in the field of family law, on areas including spousal and child support, property division, custody and access, and common law relationships. Mr. MacLean has published on numerous topics relating to BC divorce and BC family law. He has educated and updated BC divorce lawyers on developments in divorce and family law. A frequent guest on radio and television, a frequent subject of both Canadian and US magazine and newspaper articles, and a past guest lecturer at the UBC Law School, Mr. MacLean has earned a reputation as a tough yet thoughtful advocate for his clients. Mr. MacLean has also lectured and been interviewed on his multiple innovations in the efficient delivery of client based services that increase the client?s participation in their file and reduce their costs. Mr. MacLean has had the rare honour of making two unprecedented appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of the Appellants in complex family law cases.

Rhonda Pisanello was born in AB, Canada. In 1973 after an emotional divorce between her parents, her father and new step-mother took the family out of Canada with no word or notice to her mother or extended maternal family and as a teen her and her siblings remained estranged from them. As an adult Rhonda has come to realize that the events in her childhood have had devastating long term effects. Learning of the term Parental Alienation has since opened the door for her to do further research and begin her journey towards healing. With this realization, Rhonda has joined others in speaking out against the devastating effects for children because of Parental Alienation. She believes all children have the right to love and to show their love for both parents, without conflict, ridicule or interference. Rhonda is also a co-leader for the KAPAAO (Kids Aiding Parental Alienation Awareness Organization) directed by The PAAO (Parental Alienation Awareness Organization), a Director on the Board for the PAAO and co-founder/ facilitator of the support group PARK (Parental Alienation Risks Kids) in Red Deer, Alberta founded in May 2010.
