Описание: Entrepreneurship thrives on good ideas, but they can trap you. The real danger is not the bad ideas that you ditch fast but the ‘visionary’ ideas you cling to like a lifeline. In her talk, Winnie unpacks how she spent 2 years chasing a postcard platform illusion, then leapt through pivots until one stuck. With lessons from different well-known companies, she presents how good ideas can drag you down. Stay tuned if you struggle with being too attached to let go or too quick to jump ship and intrigued by how fast validation turns illusion into vision. Fueled by her passion for entrepreneurship, Winnie co-founded Spread-it, a micro-influencer platform with over 80,000 influencers and 600+ clients, including L’Oréal, UNIQLO & New Balance etc. She launched Spread-it while studying at CUHK to meet Hong Kong’s rising demand for micro-influencers. Her achievements earned her a spot on Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2020. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
