How to use? Whole Process Continuous Carbonization Furnace Biochar Making Machine

Описание: This video is showing you how to operate the continuous carbonization furnace from start to the end.

The main steps as belows:
1) Prepare well machine and water circulation supply for cooling down fina biochar| charcoal.
2) Connect all electrical cables, and make good sealing for each connections.
3) Start Gasifier( preheating process)
4) Start rotating the furnace
5) Start LPG bottle valves
6) Open gas burners valves and air valves( one by one)
7) Electric ignite each burners one by one
8) Wait temperature showing 300 centigrade
9) Start feeding raw materials( size below 3-5cm, thickness below 3-5mm, moisture below 13%)
10) After 5-10 mins, carbonization will start, and then flammable gas produced
11) Use electric iginition controller to ignite the recycled gas at bottom burning heating chamber
12) Adjust the fan, rotarting speed( feeding amount) till flammable gas is stable supporting.
13) Continuously feeding materials
14) About 20 mins, biochar/ charcoal is discharging
15) After feeding materials 0.5-1 hrs, we can check if flammable gas is stable, then we can stop the external heating( LPG), all use recycled gas as heating fuel
16) After 1 hrs, we can get extra gas, we can bring it to dryer, or external boiler, or burn to steam.
17) When we need rest, we need keep rotating till drum temperature below 100 centigrade. Then we can shut down everything.
