Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:
500g chicken (breast or thighs),
1/2 cup thick curd (yogurt)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil or ghee (optional, for marinating)
For the Cheesy Garlic Sauce:
2 boiled egg whites
2-3 cheese cubes or 1-2 cheese slices (processed or mozzarella work well)
4-6 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup milk (or as needed for consistency)
1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter (cooking the chicken)
