🍕 Step 1: The "Upside Down" Dough (From Scratch)

Knead: Turn onto a floured surface. Knead for 8–10 minutes, adding the remaining flour gradually until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot for 1.5 hours (it should double in size).

While your dough rises, prep your "monster parts."
The Blood (Sauce): 1 cup Marinara mixed with 1 tsp Sriracha (for a darker red).
