A restaurant that has been in existence since 1958, Mangala Vilas in Salem is known for its entirely non-vegetarian menu that features homestyle dishes made using spice blends ground fresh every day.

In this throwback episode, we visit their relatively newer, 15-year-old outlet of Mangala Vilas on New Bus Stand Road Salem to savour a hardcore robustly flavoured non-vegetarian feast!

Before getting to the table, we step inside the kitchen to watch the making of the signature Mangala masala that is used in the making of every dish on the restaurant’s menu.
