Here is our recipe for a chai tea mix. You can brew this tea with water because the milk is included in the mix. This makes a great gift for the holidays. You will need...
INGREDIENTS: 1 cup instant tea (we used Tetley's instant tea granules), 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup dry coffee creamer, 1 cup powdered milk, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 2 teaspoons cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until you have a fine powder. That's all there is to it!
TO BREW: 3-4 teaspoons of chai mix to every 1 cup of water (+ sugar/agave nectar/honey or the sweetener of your choice)
