🇬🇧 Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove: The BEST part of UK Coastline?🔸The Jurassic Coast! 😍

Описание: Is this the best part of coastline in the whole of the UK?? Well folks, I'd argue so!
Here on the Jurassic Coast there is a whole load of coastline delights on offer. I've walked a fair bit of the coast here and it's fair to say that the section I do in this video is one of, if not, thee best stretch there is 😍

For this 18km circular route I begin at Ringstead Bay and follow the South Coast Path to Lulworth Cove. Along the way you pass by many points of interest and (obviously) some spectacular views of the impressive white cliffs and beaches. The two main places of interest for most people will be Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove 🤩

These two places are within a kilometer of each other and yes, they really are the highlights of the hike. Durdle Door is a jaw dropping natural rock formation that sticks out into the ocean. The views from upon the cliffs are some of the finest views you will ever see on a coastline. Incredible.
And then you have Lulworth Cove, a horseshoe shaped cove with, again, amazing cliffs towering over it to view it from 🤯

Another great thing to do here is fossil hunting! Yes folks, you can find your own piece of history right here in this cove. Traipse the bottom of the slopes (bearing in mind the cliffs have a tendency to collapse so be vigilant) to find fossils from millions of years go 😲

On the way back to Ringstead Bay I took an inland route, which runs parallel with the coastal path. It's set back far enough so that you avoid all of the steep hills, which makes it a pleasant walk back. It's also nice taking a step back and viewing the coastline that you've just conquered ☺️
