A New Plan for the Final Gîte Bedroom

Описание: This week at Château de Pican, we’re finally turning a corner. After a long, difficult winter that left us feeling worn down and a little defeated, the sun has returned, and with it, our energy. There’s still a huge amount to do before we can welcome guests this summer, but that spark that keeps us moving is glowing again.
In this episode, we push hard to finish the panelling in the creaky bedroom, and reveal our new plan for the final gîte bedroom. We give a rescued unit a fresh coat of paint, the spaniels contribute absolutely nothing, and we keep inching closer to the finish line.
This room isn’t just wallpaper and paint — it’s the first space in the château that truly feels like ours. Every setback, every tiny step forward, every moment of doubt has led to this point. And as we move on to the next rooms, the work we’ve done here gives us the confidence to take on even bigger challenges.
