Co-planning without an agenda is how you end up 30 minutes deep… still talking about that one behavior moment from 3rd period 😅
Here’s my tip: build an agenda that matches the time you actually have (30, 45, or 60 minutes) AND protects the partnership.
Try adding two things at the top of every co-planning agenda:
A 5-minute “vent/highlights” section (get it out, then move on)
A weekly feedback loop (90 seconds each: what worked + what we can tweak)
It keeps your planning productive and keeps little issues from turning into big ones.
