🗓️ Fibromyalgia Check-In #1 – Day 3 of a Flare
Today I’m checking in to record how things are going on day 3 of a fibromyalgia flare — and thankfully, I’m finally starting to feel a bit better.
I think this flare might have been triggered by lectins in a risotto I ate, but it could also have been the result of a particularly long, intense workday. For now, risotto is officially on my “No” list.
These Check-in videos are my way of tracking what’s happening with my fibro in real time — what might have caused a flare, what helps, and how recovery feels along the way. My hope is that these reflections help others recognise their own patterns and see that they’re not alone in the process.
