For most of my life, I thought something was wrong with me. I did everything I was “supposed” to do. I checked all the boxes. And yet, I still felt empty.

What I eventually discovered is that most of us are unknowingly running two outdated operating systems that quietly shape our thoughts, decisions, and sense of self:

• Caveman OSᴵᴾ — our ancient survival programming that prioritizes safety, fear, and short-term comfort
• Matrix OSᴵᴾ — the societal script that defines success, status, and belonging

Neither of these systems cares about fulfillment.

In this video, I break down where these systems came from, why they once made sense, and how they now keep successful people stuck, overthinking, chasing status, and disconnected from who they really are.
