Charlie Allen plays a 1962 Gibson ES175 Jazzer in Sunburst. This example has been subject to a refinish which has already checked substantially. The original pickups have also been replaced, but that classic ES175 tone still survives. This guitar will be going under the hammer in our auction on 14th June 2018.

Equipment used:
Amplifier: Headstrong Lil' King S
Mic 1: SE4400a recording Charlie’s cab.
Mic 2: SE400a recording the room.
Both recorded into an Audient ID22.
No EQ or compression is used. Very minimal mixing, mainly a balance between the two mics.
