Shooting Fun - DNGC Tactical Rimfire Monthly Match: February 2017 (1080p)

Описание: I had just about talked myself into narrating one of my vids again, but time-constraints killed the idea... This is officially my first 1080p vid as well. The February edition once again shows us having a literal blast with some tunes in the background.

Three stages to start off the first Tactical Rimfire of 2017:

1. Traditional Rimfire Challenge: Five steel plates, one shot each with the final shot on the red plate. Go as fast as you can for five strings with both pistol and rifle. The worst string time is tossed to average the best four.

2. Scenario Challenge - "Mob Mentality": A group of five threats are in your yard advancing and threatening you... pull your pistol (we don't use holsters, so start with pistol at your side) and put two shots into the chest of each target. Move back to your front door and switch to your rifle for the remaining five targets farther away - putting 3 shots (2 to the chest, one to the head (2/1)) into each. Run it twice, count misses (penalties of 1-second each) to calculate the total time.

3. Bowling Pin Duels! Initially each competitor was to pick either pistol (hit 6 pins on one 10-round magazine) or rifle (hit 8 pins on one 12-round magazine) to go head-to-head in pairs. When the first two both picked handgun, we changed it to everyone running pistols against each other first, then we'd do rifles as well second. We created a bracket & created winning/losing brackets as each match was completed. This was a whole bunch of fun!

Again, I put them in logical stage order in the video but we didn't shoot them in that order...

This is a great environment to learn in, try new techniques, and/or shoot in a way that may not be easy to duplicate on the "regular" pistol/rifle ranges.

First time shooters are FREE (regardless of age) and after that for those over 18 it's $5 (yes - $5!) and those under 18 are ALWAYS FREE!
