This is a tutorial on how to make an easy diy mini bridal top hat. This was created for a class I will be teaching at Joann Fabrics and crafts. Due to the supplies and time limitation of the class, I had to get creative with the process and the "ordinaries." You will also notice that I am learning how to modify the video by playing with video speed.
