Adarsh Greens Phase-2 is a multistorey apartment construction that’s coming up in North Bengaluru. If you are looking to buy a property in this region within 60 to 65 lakhs, then this might be the project for you.

Adarsh Greens is spread across 26.5 acres. It’s situated around 3 km from Bellary Road or NH-44. One has to take a diversion from the Bellary Road at Kogilu cross to Kogilu Main Road and then take the Agrahara Main Road to reach the project site. The project has three approach roads as of now.

There will be a total of 11 towers in Phase-2, but currently, the builder is open to selling four towers only. 4 wings coming under the Mahogany block, i.e., Wings-C, D, F and G, are currently available for sale.

While the entire project is spread across 26.5 acres, Phase-1 occupies around 6 acres and Phase-2 around 8 acres. Each tower will have Basement + Stilt + Ground + 12 Floors. Each floor will have 7 units, with 2 lifts and 2 staircases. A tower will have 91 units and four towers combined will have a total of 364 units.

2 BHK units offered by the builder come in two variations- Comfort and Grand. The apartments are mostly east, west and north facing. While the super built-up area of 2 BHK comfort units measures 950 sf, the 2 BHK grand apartments have a dimension of 1,005 sf. A difference of 50 sf is that of the kitchen utility area.

While in Grand, the utility area is separate; in comfort, the utility area is a part of the kitchen. Some units are placed directly opposite each other, while some aren’t. If you are particular about this aspect, then you must carefully choose your unit.

All units will get 1 car park by default. While 85% of the units get covered car parking, the remaining 15% will get open car parking space near their towers. Allotment of car parking space is purely dependent on the unit you choose. The open space around each tower also functions as the visitors’ car parking space.
