If you don't want to watch my reaction, the summary is this: Dan Hurd has already semi-retired (he previously cut the YouTube output to about half) and will be slowing down more soon, in order to spend more time with family and friends. The future content will also be altered, to fewer gold videos and more gemstone videos. This is because, if YouTube isn't going to be profitable, then he wants to focus more on the type of videos he really wants to make.
