Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the first ABA franchise in the country. Success On The Spectrum provides ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy to children with Autism up to age 18.

This SOS location in Lincoln is co-owned and operated by CEO Paul Moretti. Growing up, Paul often volunteered to help with the special olympics and other volunteer roles within the autism community. When Paul finished his enlistment in the Army, he began assisting veterans with the transition after duty. This is where he began his journey into mental health education and the desire to make an impact on the world. His sister had a hard time finding services for her children, so he and his wife Ashley decided to open their own center.

Sachan Cabral is the clinical director and BCBA at Success On The Spectrum Lincoln. Sachan has been a BCBA for about five years, but has an extensive background in verbal behavior. When creating individual treatment plans, she looks at the current skillset of the child and creates goals centered around what the child needs, instead of what is regulated. Sachan believes that natural learning and play-based therapy is the most effective form of therapy. After all, kids do learn by playing! He enjoys celebrating even the smallest achievements, such as kids sitting for a meal for the first time, or saying their full name.
