Hey Friends, Today I am sharing Chicken Karela Recipe with a secret spice. A step by step video of Chicken with Bitter Gourd Recipe.

Ingredients:

Karela ( bitter gourd )750 gms mix with Salt 1 tbs and leave for 30 minutes

For making chicken gravy:

Chicken with bones 750 gms
Oil 1/2 cup
Cinnamon stick 1
Cloves 5
Whole black pepper 8
Ginger, garlic paste 2 tbs
Red chilli powder 1 tbs
Turmeric powder 1 tbs
Coriander powder 2 & 1/2 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Onion 3 medium size finely sliced
Tomatoes 3 medium size finely cut
Green chillies 4 to 5
Tamarind pulp 2 tbs
prepared secret powder spice
Oil for frying bitter gourd and onions 1/2 cup

For making secret spice:

Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Whole red chilli 5
Carrom seeds (ajwaien) 1 tsp
