I Converter Simple UI into EXTREME Hard Ones

What if the simplest things on the internet - typing your age, picking a date, checking a box - were completely, unnecessarily hard?
I took 5 of the most basic UI elements and rebuilt them as pure chaos:

Age input → Flappy Bird game
Volume slider → Cannon you have to fire
Tip dropdown → Spinning roulette wheel
Birthday picker → A single "+1 Day" button
Terms & Conditions checkbox → Hide and seek with 20 fakes

Simple things have never been this painful.
