Strategic Program of Work & Implementation Plan
Board of Directors Retreat

Members of the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and staff met for a Board Training and Strategic Planning Session Friday, February 6, 2026. A quick review of “10 Responsibilities of Boards” training and orientation was held. A World Cafe discussion session was held with groups determining strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the organization. A mission and vision, core values, and a value proposition review session followed. This resulted in establishing strong key priorities to move the organization forward. The goals and action plans generated by the group will be implemented over the next three years. In the following pages, the plan demonstrates who is doing what and in what timeframe.
