We've seen a number of outstanding VFL performances in recent weeks from the 2024 draft crop and this one is right up there with the best of them. It was the second quarter in which Leo went full on must watch box office gold, racking up damaging touches, kicking three goals of his own and launching many other dangerous sequences for his team. Anything less than a top 10 bid would be an insult.

Leo Lombard - 178cm mid/fwd.
Lombard is a somewhat undersized but powerful and dynamic midfielder in the mould of fellow Suns Academy graduate Jake Rogers. More of a first receiver than an inside bull at this stage, he has attributes that suit both roles with a low center of gravity, quick change of direction, burst of speed and x-factor in spades.
