always keep your video on when attending the session through zoom
cleanse your aura by taking shower and wear washed set of clothes
be sincere (for your own learning) and be obedient (for your own self)
clean the place where you sit for attending the session

Diet (detox diet): 8:50
two meals a day and drink plenty of water
eat fruits in between the food when you are hungry

eat half stomach
eat mindfully (enjoy, relish, eat with gratitude)
