The Tote Mix Master is Processtec’s IBC tote agitator, designed for efficient and reliable mixing directly in standard IBC totes.
The Tote Mix Master is suitable for products with high viscosities of up to 20,000–30,000 cP and is available with 1, 2, or 3 horsepower drive options. It can be configured with single-phase or three-phase electric motors, as well as an air-operated (compressed air) motor, depending on application requirements. The agitation elements are easily exchangeable to accommodate different containers, products, viscosities, and processes. All product-contacting components are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel.
