Flawless Haryana Steelers Win Big Against Puneri Paltan, Hold Onto Top Spot on Points Table

Noida, 27 November, 2024: The Haryana Steelers were in exceptional form on Wednesday evening, as they stormed past the challenge of the defending champions, Puneri Paltan. The Haryana Steelers, who continue to sit at the top of the points table, won by a scoreline of 38-28 at the Noida Indoor Stadium in PKL Season 11. For Haryana Steelers, Shivam Patare top scored with 13 points and Mohammadreza Shadloui added 5 of his own.

The Haryana Steelers were out of the blocks very quickly, with the defenders and the attackers working in tandem, racing away to a 5-0 lead within the first few minutes. The Haryana Steelers were dominating the early exchanges, and then Jaideep landed an ALL OUT, giving his team an 8-point lead and the momentum.

Shivam Patare and Vinay were leading the charge in the attack for the Haryana Steelers, who continued to build on their lead. In the final five minutes, the game picked up pace as the Puneri Paltan raiders Pankaj Mohite and Akash Shinde tried to make one final push, but Jaideep and co held strong in defence for the Haryana Steelers. Eventually, the Haryana Steelers walked off the mat with a 10-point win. Interestingly, earlier in the season when the two sides had met, the Puneri Paltan had won by 10 points.

पीकेएल-11: हरियाणा स्टीलर्स की जीत की हैट्रिक, पुनेरी पल्टन को 10 अंक से हराया

नोएडा, 27 नवंबर। अपने हरफनमौला खेल की बदौलत हरियाणा स्टीलर्स ने नोएडा इंडोर स्टेडियम में रिवेंज वीक के तहत बुधवार को खेले गए प्रो कबड्डी लीग के 11वें सीजन के 79वें मैच में पुनेरी पल्टन को 38-28 के स्कोर से हरा दिया। 14 मैच में 11वीं जीत के साथ हरियाणा ने अंक तालिका के शीर्ष पर अपनी स्थिति बेहद मजबूत कर ली है।

हरियाणा की जीत में शिवम पटारे (13) और मोहम्मदरेजा शादलू (5) की अहम भूमिका रही। इस तरह हरियाणा ने इस सीजन में पल्टन के हाथों मिली हार का हिसाब बराबर कर लिया। दूसरी ओर, डिफेंस की नाकामी के कारण पल्टन को 14 मैचों में पांचवीं हार मिली। पल्टन के लिए पंकज मोहिते ने 11 और आकाश शिंदे ने 6 अंक लिए।

इससे पहले, हरियाणा के डिफेंस ने आकाश औऱ मोहित को लपक अपना लोहा मनवाया तो विनय ने रेड से तीन अंक लेकर अपनी टीम को 5-0 से आगे कर दिया। पंकज ने एक शिकार के साथ पल्टन का खाता खोला लेकिन शिवम ने मल्टी प्वाइंट रेड के साथ पल्टन को आलआउट की ओर धकेल दिया।

इस बीच रिवाइव होकर आए आकाश ने बोनस लिया लेकिन हरियाणा ने उसे आलआउट कर 11-3 की लीड ले ली। 10 मिनट बीतने को थे लेकिन पल्टन के डिफेंस ने खाता नहीं खोला था। आलइन के बाद पल्टन ने तीन अंक के साथ सुधरा हुआ खेल दिखाया लेकिन डिफेंस की नाकामी के कारण उसने पांच अंक लुटा भी दिए।

10 मिनट बाद हरियाणा 16-6 से आगे थे। ब्रेक के बाद पल्टन ने लगातार चार अंक लेकर वापसी की शुरुआत की। 10 अंक का फासला अब 8 का हो चुका था लेकिन शादलू ने मोहित को डैश कर स्कोर 19-10 कर दिया। इसके बाद पल्टन ने शिकंजा कसते हुए स्कोर 19-12 कर दिया। बहरहाल, हरियाणा ने 22-14 स्कोर के साथ पाला बदला।

23-15 के स्कोर पर मैच की पहली डू ओर डाई रेड दूसरे हाफ में चौथे मिनट में आई औऱ विनय ने पंकज को आउट कर पल्टन के लिए सुपर टैकल आन कर दिया। इस बीच इसी तरह की रेड में आकाश ने दो अंक लेकर सुपर टैकल सिचुएशन को टालकर स्कोर 17-24 कर दिया।
