This week is Window Restoration Pt 2 and I stayed on the trim work for the shop windows, slowly knocking out piece after piece and getting closer to the finish line. I started by cutting materials, got the mill ready, and spent a good chunk of the week making trim — and I’m now close enough that the next episode should be shaping and building the window frames.
To break up the work (and keep things real), I also cooked up some BBQ ribs, then later took a winter walk down to the creek and explored two old collapsed log cabins on the property that I’ve been curious about for a long time. I wrapped the day with more trim work and ended the video by the fire pit for a quiet fireside finish.
