1. Thoroughly wash your hands and open the first pearl.
2. Unravel the string of the pearl to thigh length from your waist.
3. Using one of the applicators, insert the 1st pearl inside the vagina approximately 7cm deep.
4. Keep pearl in the vagina for 24 hours, remove and discard.
5. Using the 2nd applicator, insert the second pearl for 18-24 hours (depending on individual needs up to 48 hours for a deeper cleanse) then remove, and discard.
6. Then wear the Women’s Haven organic cotton liner daily for the next 7 days, drink a lot of water. If you experience any dryness, use the Women’s Haven yoni oil or coconut oil to soothe.

How to insert the pearl into the applicator?

First remove the thin inner piece of the applicator, after unraveling the string of the pearl to thigh length from your waist, insert the pearl into the larger piece of the applicator. Then reattach the thin inner piece of the applicator into to larger piece of the applicator (ensure the string is hanging out at the end of the applicator).

How to insert the pearl into the vagina?

After the pearl is inserted in the applicator, insert the applicator into the vagina about 7cm deep and push the inner piece of the applicator upwards until the pearl is pushed out the other end of the applicator and into the vagina. Slowly remove the applicator without pulling on the string of the pearl.
