Authorities released more details about the UPS Flight 2976 crash in Louisville. The MD-11 cargo plane crashed after takeoff on Nov. 4, killing three pilots and 12 people on the ground, including a small child. Eleven of the deceased were employees or customers of Grade A Auto Parts near the runway. Alain Rodriguez Colina, who was severely injured, has died, raising the death toll to 15.
