The main highlight of this trip was definitely Katsuo-ji Temple in Minoh. Known as the "Temple of Victorious Luck," it is famous for the thousands of Daruma dolls scattered everywhere—on walls, stairs, and even tucked away in trees. It’s a peaceful, spiritual place and honestly a dream for cinematic walks during the winter season.
After exploring the world of Darumas, we headed back to the city for a quick stroll through Shinsekai. This district feels like a time capsule of retro Japan, especially at night with the iconic neon lights and the Tsutenkaku Tower.
