Vectors - Dividing an Interval into a Given Ratio

In this example involving vectors which I have taken from an A J Sadler Textbook for 3C Specialist Maths we have to find a position vector that divides the interval between A and B in the ratio 3:4.

It isn't a complicated problem once you can visualise what you are being asked to do.
