Join me for a cozy winter night routine that helps me unwind, relax, and fall asleep fast. In this video, I share my evening routine to achieve deep, restorative sleep whilst still staying productive and setting myself up for a successful day ahead. It really helps to make the most out of your winter evenings :)

DINNER RECIPES:
Mashed potatoes:
Peel and cut in equal pieces
Add cold water and salt into a pot
Bring to a boil
Lower heat and cook for 20 min
Drain and let cool
Put potatoes back into pot and blend with immersion blender
Add butter, milk and salt. Stir on stove.
Salmon:
Pat dry
Season both sides with salt and pepper
In a pan heat up olive oil and bake salmon on both sides
Take it out when ready
Add butter to the pan
Add garlic, lemon juice and parsley
Add salmon back into the pan and spoon the liquid over the fish
Carrots:
Cut carrots
Add to pot with some water
Add salt, pepper, little bit of olive oil and thyme
Let cook until carrots are soft
