As of October 2024, the nostrification process in Poland, particularly in Wrocław, has experienced significant delays due to an overwhelming number of applications. Since August 8, 2024, the offices have been managing over 1,000 applications, leading to extended processing times for students and professionals seeking validation of their foreign academic degrees. The surge in demand has put additional pressure on the nostrification offices, causing backlogs and delays in the issuance of certificates necessary for recognition of foreign qualifications in Poland. Applicants are advised to be patient and expect longer waiting periods during this time.
