Wegmans has officially arrived in Connecticut, marking the end of the grocer’s decades-long journey to establish a presence in the state.
“After several years of looking — we’ve been chomping at the bit to get in here — it’s finally coming. We’re super excited,” said Todd Ferrara, Wegmans division manager, who has worked for the company for 26 years.
On Wednesday, July 23, Wegmans opens its doors to the public at 675 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk for the first time.
