In a lush green forest, Father Wolf discovers an abandoned human baby and brings him to his den. Mother Wolf names the child Mowgli, meaning “brave,” and raises him with love alongside her cubs. The fierce Tiger, who had planned to eat the baby, becomes Mowgli’s enemy and waits for a chance to strike.

As Mowgli grows, the wise wolf leader Akela asks Baloo the bear and Bagheera the black panther to teach him the laws of the jungle. Baloo teaches Mowgli how to find food and understand forest sounds, while Bagheera shows him how to recognize and escape human traps. Mowgli becomes clever and brave, even saving a wolf brother from danger.

Angry at being outsmarted, the Tiger plots with the mischievous Bandar-log monkeys, who kidnap Mowgli. Using magic words taught by Baloo, Mowgli calls for help from Chil the vulture, who alerts Baloo and Bagheera. With the help of Kaa the python, they rescue Mowgli from the monkeys’ ruined city, Cold Lairs, after a fierce battle.

The Tiger realizes he can never defeat Mowgli and gives up his hunt. Time passes, and Mowgli grows into a strong young man. One day, he meets a woman from a nearby village who recognizes him as her long-lost son by a birthmark. Mowgli finally reunites with his human mother. Though he returns to live among humans, he never forgets his jungle home or his loyal friends — Baloo, Bagheera, and Kaa — who remain his family in spirit.
