Описание: Many times I have had items from my shop or from Ebay claimed as damaged or lost upon arrival. While this does happen you find yourself having to file a claim with insurance (if in fact you bought some or had it included) or getting a return. I like to video record all submissions over $100 in order to make sure I get reimbursed by insurance. It also prevents issues with buyers since they can also get the video to let them know you did everything correctly on your end.
